By the Civil Society Forum for the promotion and implementation of the CRPD in Israel

The 2020 Alternative Report and the current report present a broad, reliable, and comprehensive picture regarding the rights of PWD in Israel. This picture is based on the experience of PWD and their families and on the extensive knowledge acquired by the member organizations of the Forum. As is evident throughout the reports, although over 110 years have passed since the State of Israel ratified the CRPD, there are still substantial gaps between its provisions and the actual situation of PWD in Israel in various fields of life. This report also includes a series of recommendations for narrowing these gaps.
